Description · Submit items requiring Contract Amendment/Adjustment to Customer Accounts to the Contacts department. · Schedule, quote, and discuss repair services with customers and technicians, and provide customer updates via phone and in-person · Research and maintain month-end open tickets needed to process invoices · Coordinate and dispatch service technicians; communicating with customers and technicians until satisfactory job completion · Open, process, and close work orders and update applicable systems with service history. · Process and respond to scheduling requests from customers, technicians, engineers, and site visits and repair services for managers. · Maintain time & material parts process and communicate to the customer when parts have been ordered and received, as needed. · Complete other various duties assigned by management. Requirements · Minimum of three (3) years experience in the service industry scheduling or dispatching preferably in the HVAC, electrical, or automotive environment. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, concentrating on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel · Exhibit excellent customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills · Capable of managing time properly and efficiently and self-starting · Ability to prioritize, adapt and remain calm in stressful situations. Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Passion for helping others. Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude always.
