Description Commercial Service Coordinator – Security, Access, CCTV & Fire Systems Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Atronic Alarms has protected commercial businesses across the Kansas City area for over 40 years. We're growing, and we need an organized, customer-focused Commercial Service Coordinator to be the hub connecting our clients, technicians, and vendors. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for commercial clients — calls, emails, and texts Schedule installations, service calls, and routine system inspections Coordinate with vendors and technicians to keep jobs on track Provide basic technical support (toggling chimes, silencing keypads, pulling system reports) Monitor system health alerts and get ahead of issues before they become problems A Typical Day You'll start by reviewing the day's schedule and clearing any conflicts, then move into following up on overnight service tickets, helping clients troubleshoot, and booking new jobs as they come in. Throughout the day you're coordinating with field technicians to make sure the right people and parts are in the right place — closing the loop so nothing falls through the cracks. Requirements 3+ years of coordinating, customer service, or dispatching experience Experience in a service or installation environment is a plus Strong organizers who excel at prioritizing, multitasking, and meeting deadlines Detail-oriented communicators who learn quickly and stay current with new security technologies Ability to troubleshoot both technical and administrative inquiries
