We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Service Floor Team Lead to join our crew at Kirk’s Trail Tire. This role is all about leading from the floor — working on tires, keeping the shop running smoothly, and helping the team get the job done right and on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Change, repair, and service commercial truck and off-road tires.
• Work alongside the team on the floor while keeping jobs organized.
• Train and guide staff to improve skills and efficiency.
• Make sure work is done safely and up to company standards.
• Keep the workflow moving and customers taken care of.
• Watch for safety issues and follow all shop and industry safety rules.
• Help keep the shop clean, safe, and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with commercial tires (required).
• Leadership skills — able to train, support, and direct a team.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle a busy shop.
• Safety-focused and reliable.
• Valid driver’s license (Class 5 minimum; Class 3 or higher is a plus).
