Description Work Location: O'Connor Plumbing services clients throughout the DMV area (Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia). This position requires travel to job sites throughout the region while providing leadership and support to field teams. Candidates must be willing to commute, travel, or relocate as needed. About the Role As a Commercial Service Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing field operations, supporting and guiding technicians, and ensuring high-quality service for our commercial clients. From overseeing job tickets to providing hands-on technical support, your leadership will set the tone for performance, safety, and service excellence. You must be comfortable participating in the on-call rotation, including dispatching and supporting on-call technicians when needed.
