Salary: $40,000–$60,000 base + commission (uncapped earning potential)

• Develop and manage your territory to generate new commercial service accounts.
• Sell preventive maintenance, unit replacements, and design-build projects.
• Build lasting relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Track sales and customer data in our CRM.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
