    As a Commercial Service Support Specialist you’ll be part of our dynamic Commercial Service team, where you will be the driving force behind the growth of our Service- and Maintenance Programs offerings. Your role is pivotal in ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty through empathetic and personal interactions with both external and internal customers.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • You have technical or commercial education with several years of experience in a technical customer care or administrative environment.
  • You’ll join a global company, so the ability to communicate in English is a must. For your everyday job, you need to be a Native Hungarian speaker, additional Central European languages are a plus.
  • Enjoy interacting with people, being communicative and persuasive.
  • You amaze us with your organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Be comfortable and experienced with Salesforce/ServiceMax and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams).
  • You love working in a team and finding solutions together.

Responsibilities
  • As owner of our Service- and Maintenance Programs, you‘ll collaborate closely with service and sales teams to ensure seamless renewals and expansions.
  • During your proactive support in the Service- and Maintenance Programs process, you will be the first contact point for our customers to discuss their needs about adding new devices, extending existing contracts, and offering new opportunities for them.
  • You’ll tailor and create customers on-demand and maintenance plan-based service offers according to their needs.
  • You’ll build, improve and maintaining database about customer and Service Program in our Salesforce based systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • You’ll support the planning team with annual appointment scheduling and route planning optimisation.
  • Develop and implement your own ideas to recognize and capitalize on business potential, delivering high-impact results.
  • Utilize Salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor performance and identify business opportunities
