As a Site Superintendent, you’ll lead day-to-day jobsite operations and be the on-site representative of Elements. You’ll guide crews and subcontractors, coordinate schedules, ensure safety and quality, and help create a positive experience for clients, partners, guests, and team members. This position is 100% travel with scheduled breaks throughout the duration of each project. Has participated in Elements leadership programs and assessments. 5+ years’ experience in project supervision and diversified commercial construction knowledge. Competency and solid experience in reading building plans. Experience implementing process strategies. Understands and reflects Elements MIGs (Partnerships, Culture, Risk Management, Deliverables) and company culture. Self-management and drive are key to success in this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, MS Project, and Paylocity. Ability to work closely and cooperatively with others. Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels. Proficient and effective communicator with high attention to detail.
