JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in supervising teams and managing project workflows. You will be responsible for coordinating activities on-site, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor / Superintendent in commercial, retail, or institutional construction (5 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of building processes, safety requirements, and industry standards
  • Experience with jurisdictional inspection processes (building inspections, under-slab inspections, TSSA, ESA, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple trades simultaneously
  • Carpentry experience considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid Safety Training Certificates are an asset (WHMIS 2015, First Aid, MOL Supervisor H&S Awareness, Working at Heights, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required

    Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

  • Represent the company professionally with clients and consultants
  • Travel to project sites; occasional evening or night work as required
