We are seeking a skilled Commercial Solicitor to join our dynamic team in York. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional legal services that align with our mission to support our clients through their legal challenges while upholding our values of integrity and professionalism.

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Represent clients in commercial disputes
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Client focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Qualifications
• Qualified solicitor 3 - 5 years + PQE
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
• Proficient in IT applications relevant to legal practice
• Experience using LEAP legal software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
