WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking a passionate and accomplished solicitor with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland.
  • A strong track record in a broad range of commercial contracts such as supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, consumer law matters, due diligence projects, and data protection.
  • Desirable expertise in IT agreements, software licensing, data protection, or intellectual property.
  • A strategic mindset with excellent commercial awareness.

Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

  • Support a variety of the firm’s practices, with a primary focus on commercial, data, information, and technology law, across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Support Group and Contentious Support Group as part of the firm’s integrated “one team” approach.
  • Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice under tight deadlines, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to bespoke projects beyond billable matters, allowing you to showcase and expand your expertise.
