Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and coordinating the commercial aspects of project orders across Canada. You’ll act as the key liaison between clients, internal departments, and distributors to ensure smooth project execution, financial accuracy, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Timings - 8:30 am to 5 pm ( flexible)
Its a hybrid position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the commercial integrity of projects by reviewing customer purchase orders, monitoring financial controls, and ensuring system data accuracy.
  • Support the technical integrity of projects by reviewing specifications, coordinating with engineers, and providing necessary clarifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external clients, and distributor branches to ensure efficient communication and timely resolutions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple project orders, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly project reviews, track milestones, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners to support seamless project execution.
