As the UK’s HUB international airport, it’s vital for us to maintain a sharp commercial edge. The Commercial Space & Development Manager will prepare, develop, and deliver retail and property capital projects. The role will manage the development of design information from the project teams, ensuring time accurate S&C packs to allow the Retail and Property delivery teams to progress concept and detail design briefings in line with Commercial programmes and Business Plan. Creating commercially revenue generating space is important, but it is also vital that we create spaces to improve passenger experience to help create an extraordinary airport that is fit for the future. Working Location Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow.
