Job Purpose We are looking for a Commercial Specialist – Product Development to join our company. The job holder will play a key role in supporting primarily the development and optimization of ‘Asfalistikos Goneas’ insurance product, with a particular emphasis on performance reporting and strategic enhancement of our customer loyalty program. This role reports to the Commercial Supervisor – Product Development. What you will do Loyalty Program Management Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our loyalty program Analyze customer behavior and program effectiveness, to improve retention and engagement Work with marketing and digital teams to develop customer communications and promotional strategies Monitor rewards structure, member activity, and customer feedback to propose enhancements Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance (e.g., sales trends, profitability, claims ratios) Track and evaluate KPIs and customer engagement metrics tied to product success Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis Product Development & Support Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of insurance products and related services Conduct market research, competitor analysis and collect customer feedback, to provide insights for product strategy purposes What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related field 5+ years of experience in product development, marketing analytics or similar roles (insurance industry preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI Experience with customer engagement or loyalty programs is highly desirable Familiarity with insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market trends is a plus High technical fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Professional development and education Health and wellbeing programs Positive learning and growing environmen Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
