Key Responsibilities

Empower Sales Traders’ success: Work closely with sales traders and brokers to identify and execute profitable trading opportunities with speed and precision. Your influence will be the catalyst for their success.
Strategic leadership: Analyze market trends, ask the right questions, and develop actionable insights that redefine our trading strategies and ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Lead with expertise: You will be the go-to authority, always at the cutting edge of new developments, regulations, and market dynamics. Your insights will fuel our origination efforts and maximize profitability.
Build winning business cases: Create robust, ready to use business cases for entering new markets or launching new products, ensuring strategic growth and optimal market penetration.
Deliver maximum results: You’ll drive P&L growth by identifying, executing, and expanding high-value opportunities that define our success.
Leverage your financial edge: Use your expertise in investment banking and advanced modeling to assess risks, forecast returns, and evaluate opportunities that matter.
Requirements
Proven track record: You have 2+ years of experience in Environmental Commodities, OTC trading or Energy sector with a solid history of deal making and market analysis. You consistently exceed expectations and deliver results that set you apart.
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, commodity trading or related field.
Ambition for success: A sharp, ambitious drive to succeed in the environmental commodities and renewable energy markets, with the flexibility to adapt in this evolving space.
Commercial instinct: A strong commercial acumen with proven experience in identifying and capitalizing on high-value business opportunities, always focused on driving growth and maximizing profitability.
Drive for excellence: You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, working closely with Sales Traders, where you challenge yourself and others to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Strategic vision: Skilled at analyzing market trends and developing compelling business cases for new market entries or profitable trading strategies.
Outgoing and strong: You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the commodities or financial sectors, leveraging those connections to drive growth.
Language proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
