LOCATION REQUIREMENT: NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
The Retail Operations Leader position will be responsible for leading retail execution across the Walmart and Target channels of our business. This individual will, in collaboration with Duracell Sales Leaders, partner with 3 rd party retail brokers, and customer retail teams to drive company strategy forward in-store.
This individual develops KPIs, communicates expectations and monitors progress via scorecards, market retail visits, and leveraging retail intelligence platforms, with our 3 rd party broker network and customer retail teams to ensure appropriate retail conditions always exist.
Leadership, product knowledge, and channel expertise will be a key factor in the success of this role. The ideal individual will excel at influencing and delivering best-in-class retail executions across a range of customers.
