Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support the Admin Team to foster collaboration and high performance
  • Oversee all administration functions including: accounts receivable & payable, timesheet/payroll function, invoicing, service jobs and facilities management
  • Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with Capex and Asset management
  • Management of the machine asset sales process
  • Monthly financial accruals
  • Provide insightful financial reporting to support strategic decisions
  • Partner with the Commercial Manager to streamline processes, budgeting, and cost control
  • Liaise with shared services team (Adelaide based)
