Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you enjoy helping people solve a wide variety of problems and do you have a strong service focus? Then this position could be just right for you! As Commercial Support, you will be a key contact for our analytical technology customers in Germany. You will work closely with our service team. This includes, among other things, preparing technical information in an understandable manner and making it available to our customers and internal teams, as well as planning effective deployments.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Managing spare parts and processing orders across various plants to ensure smooth service deployments.
  • Supporting the Service Team Leader with operational tasks and supporting the commercial department with accounting.
  • Working with the local service organization and customers to handle effective and strategically sound incident responses.
  • Preparing and supporting the creation of technical and commercial offers based on customer specifications and internal information.
  • Providing technical information to service colleagues and supporting customer communication.

You will become part of an experienced and motivated team where you will have the opportunity to develop and grow.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • You have experience with SAP and Salesforce and are curious to delve into the world of analytical technology.
  • You have a commercial education or comparable professional experience.
  • You are passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy helping others. Your communicative and friendly nature sets you apart in the service sector.
  • You communicate fluently in German and have English skills.
