Description

Salary: TBA - Expected range £30,000-40,000 for qualified candidates

  • Meeting clients
  • Arranging appointments
  • Take particulars of sale and letting of commercial properties. Place those properties on the market and take responsibility for the marketing process, dealing with prospective purchasers, negotiations as to price and terms, instructing solicitors and monitoring progress/taking action through to completion.
  • Carrying out valuations of Freehold & Leasehold Commercial properties including the following:

· Purchase and Sale
· Rent Reviews
· Lease Renewals
· Capital taxation
· Litigation

· Mortgage purposes

  • Deal with all aspects of commercial professional matters consistent with being a member of the RICS.
  • Deal with general practice matters of valuation and associated issues.
  • Preparation of plans of properties for legal purposes, including sale.
  • Attend monthly meetings to provide reports on work undertaken.
  • Attend local and regional events to promote the firm.
  • Work from other offices as maybe appropriate to build the commercial department in the areas we operate from.
  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.
  • Be aware of and responsible for your personal health and safety.
  • Attend necessary training to develop personal knowledge & skills.
  • Be flexible to assist in any other facets of the office work as may be required from time to time.
  • Carry out work in accordance with all Quality Control requirements and be fully aware of all relevant legislation and RICS regulatory requirements.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
