About the role Step into a role that’s genuinely different. As part of our Commercial Advisory team, you’ll sit at the intersection of real‑world commercial problem‑solving and high‑level NZ IFRS technical expertise — a combination that makes this position both unique and highly impactful. You’ll partner closely with Partners, Managers and business owners to translate financial results into clear commercial insights, uncover opportunities for growth, and guide clients through complex accounting and reporting challenges with confidence. One moment you might be helping a client understand the commercial impact of a strategic decision, and the next you’re applying NZ IFRS judgement to ensure their reporting is robust, credible and future‑focused. If you love variety, autonomy and the chance to think both analytically and strategically, this role will keep you energised. You’ll manage your own portfolio, build trusted client relationships, and play a key role in developing and supporting the wider team.
