Description
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join the Commercial Division looking after all residential projects of The Ellinikon in the role of Commercial Technical Coordination Associate. The Commercial Technical Coordination Associate will be reporting to the Commercial Technical Coordination Manager. In detail, the Commercial Technical Coordination Associate, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities: Assist throughout the residential projects’ lifecycle, support the preparation of commercial briefs, review and comment on drawings, projects’ specifications and technical and design documentation. Provide commercial feedback during all design stages, monitor compliance of commercial brief during construction, and ensure consistency through to final projects’ delivery to the new owners. Support the Residential Sales Team with technical knowledge and prepare technical documentation, including timelines, metrics, material finishes and specifications etc. Communicate with clients and conduct meetings to support the sales process and provide guidance through to project delivery, answer in a timely manner any questions that relate to technical aspects. Participate in meetings with design and construction teams, suppliers and collaborators, to ensure alignment with design intent and client agreements, and communicate to line manager any issues (design, construction, permitting etc.) that may impact the product commercialization. Contribute to FF&E processes, from concept development through selection and specification of FF&E, ensuring that they are fully aligned with the project’s design intent and the client’s requirements. Maintain and update project databases covering clients’ design requests, interior finishes, construction aspects, and client needs. You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria: Academic Qualifications: Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree considered an asset). Proficiency in design and project documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, or similar). Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word &Power Point). Excellent verbal and written command of the English language. Any other real estate related qualification will be considered as an asset. Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, technical or residential development fields. Solid knowledge of architectural concepts, construction processes, and industry of material standards and practices. Experience in the FF&E field, and it’s application into interior design solutions, will be considered a plus. Proven experience in the construction site field, with knowledge of all construction stages and ability to identify site requirements. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and data management skills.
