QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, appliance maintenance, or HVAC systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform full cleaning and maintenance of commercial kitchen hood & exhaust systems in compliance with NFPA 96 standards.
• Clean, service, and repair commercial ovens, grills, fryers, and other cooking appliances to ensure peak efficiency and safety.
• Conduct inspections to identify wear, damage, or fire hazards in exhaust systems and appliances.
• Document all service work performed and provide detailed reports for clients.Safely handle and dispose of grease, cleaning agents, and debris.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment (pressure washers, wet vacuums, chemical applicators, etc.).
• Follow company safety policies and comply with all federal, provincial/state, and local regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing service needs and recommending additional work where required.
