Comprehensive Benefits – Eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision at affordable rates Supplemental Benefits – Eligible to enroll in life insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Death and Dismemberment Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Retirement Savings – 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off – Holidays, sick time, vacation, and special “Happy Days” for life events available day one Employee Discounts – Save on company products Career Growth – Opportunities for skill development and advancement What You’ll Do: Manage stock orders, inventory levels, and place orders while ensuring store compliance with company policies and laws Supervise team members to follow procedures, promptly report and investigate incidents, and assist with sales calls and visits Collaborate with manufacturers' reps for product information and ensure maintenance of tools and equipment Set sales goals based on store budgets, manage pricing in line with company policies and competitors, and report financial data to Corporate Conduct inventory reconciliations, analyze financial statements, and assess store performance Lead by example, maintain performance standards, and handle hiring, onboarding, and employee records Implement and document disciplinary actions, train and motivate staff, and resolve conflicts Oversee payroll, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure adherence to safety regulations (Pomp’s, OSHA, DOT) Manage safety equipment distribution and training programs Perform other duties as needed What You Need: Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file High School Diploma or equivalent required TIA/Bandag certification as appropriate, or willingness to obtain Minimum of 2 years of management experience required 5 years of experience in tire sales and services preferred Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds Don’t let your career stall—put it in drive with Pomp’s Tire Service!
