This is a hands-on position suitable for someone who takes safety seriously and works with urgency. What you will do: Mount and dismount commercial tires properly. Perform flat repairs and inspections. Manage wheel end basics, torque specifications, and safe lifting practices. Keep a clean work area and follow shop procedures. Document work performed and tire condition notes. Performance expectations: Commit to following safety rules daily. Minimize rework whenever possible. Achieve productivity goals based on store volume. Finish tasks on time. Requirements: Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand on your feet for extended periods. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred. Willingness to work in heat, cold, and outdoor conditions. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some Saturday coverage based on a rotating schedule. On-call or roadside rotation when applicable.
