Job Description The Domino's Class A Commercial Truck Driver safely drives a commercial company vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Truck Driver will unload products at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and deliver them back to Domino’s Supply Chain Center. The Class A Commercial Truck Driver may occasionally be assigned to yard work, shuttling tractors/trailers to and from the logistic company, and repositioning trailers to dock doors. All Domino’s team members ensure that all tasks are done safely, including wearing proper PPE. Drivers may be required to run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be necessary. Regional position -NOT Local $31.30 - $33.20/ hour, based on number of years of verifiable driving experience Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250 Bonus Opportunities: Safety Bonus – $2,000 annually Company Bonus – 2% of annualized hourly rate Dispatch Time: drivers dispatch out from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. *rates quoted incorporate expected overtime Please note that your Mileage and Weight Rates as set forth above have been set to incorporate anticipated hours worked in excess of forty hours per week. In other words, Domino’s has increased what these rates would otherwise have been (a base rate of pay) to reasonably approximate any overtime (at 1.5 x base rate) and combine the base rate and anticipated overtime to establish the Mileage Rate and Weight Rate set forth in your offer letter.
