JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tyre Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tyres on various vehicles. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.
Hours are Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm, every other Saturday 8am - 1pm

• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to tyre servicing.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

• Perform tyre installations, repairs, and rotations on a range of vehicles.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tyres to assess wear and damage.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tyre-related tasks.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding tyre selection, maintenance, and safety.
• Lift heavy tyres and equipment as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
