• Build and manage broker relationships, including renewals, new business, quotes, and market engagement.

• Apply underwriting strategies across targeted SME Construction & Engineering portfolios.

• Provide product guidance and support to broker partners and customers.

• Contribute to team targets while supporting the wider Construction & Engineering team.

• Represent the business through broker meetings, industry events, networking and customer presentations.
