Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager, to be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced sales department, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction at our Ford Transit Centre in Gillingham. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis Monday – Friday with a basic salary of up to £38,000 and an OTE of £60,000 + overachievement bonus and reports to the General Manager. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience: · Previous experience managing and motivating a Commercial sales department · A strong awareness in financial compliance · Full UK driving licence · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal · Fantastic stakeholder management skills · Analytical approach to problem solving Key Responsibilities and Duties · Ensure all company KPIs are achieved and exceeded · Conducting reviews of both new and used car operations including regular stock reviews, site displays and online/offline activity · Ensuring AMG, legislative and FCA compliance including auditing of deal files as per requirements · Exceeding high customer service experience levels across all departments · Working with key stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed by required deadlines At Allen Motor Group, we drive an inclusive workplace, respecting and encouraging applications from every background.
