OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and possess the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Tyre Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tyres on various commercial vehicles and cars, attending roadside breakdowns and customers premises as part of your daily routine whilst ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Tyre Technician is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with automotive systems.
  • Ability to lift heavy items regularly, demonstrating physical stamina.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tyre servicing.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring workplace safety standards are upheld.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and offering recommendations based on their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area and vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in heavy lifting of tyres and other equipment as required.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in tyre technology.
  • Attend roadside breakdowns.
