The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and achieving sales targets for our commercial vehicles division. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue - Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them to generate new business opportunities - Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities - Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication - Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations - Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
