Reporting to the VP Veralto Enterprise System Leader (VESL), the Commercial VESL will play a crucial role achieving our commercial objectives of the software business unit by leveraging our Veralto Enterprise System (VES) and can be performed remotely.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Master’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within a global environment, with a proven track record in operations, sales, business development, and services.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, TPM, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Continuous Flow/Cell Design) and LEAN methodologies (DMAIC, Kanban/Pull Systems, Daily Huddles), with an emphasis on their application in commercial settings.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, German fluency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of your time

• You’ll accelerate Commercial Growth by supporting Esko’s core growth by applying the VES Commercial Engine and toolset, with a strong focus on Operational Excellence and enabling commercial teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across the business (operations, supply chain, R&D, commercial) through Kaizen methodology, PSP (problem solving process), ensuring sustainment through metrics and daily management practices.
• You’ll foster Strategic Alignment by building strong relationships with functional and regional leaders to align VES initiatives with commercial priorities.
• You’ll build VES Capabilities by promoting VES Fundamentals, leading & facilitating cross-functional training and workshops, and help shape the VES roadmap based on assessments and strategic needs.
