POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Commercial Window Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in window installation as well as general handyman skills to support various tasks on the job site. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction, window installation, or as a handyman is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
• Experience with hand and power tools is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs?
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean abstract.

Education:

Experience:

• Hand & Power Tools: 1 year (required

• Assist lead installers with the installation of commercial windows and glass.
• Perform general handyman tasks such as minor repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain tools, materials, and work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
• Measure and cut materials to specifications.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the lead installer or project manager.
