This is a 12-month secondment opportunity. In this role you will be responsible for the ideation, development, best-practice syndication, and delivery of a wide-range of Wealth customer-facing experiences. In this role you will: Execute Wealth Commercialisation activity including product launches. Drive personalised and targeted digital messaging designed to guide customers towards the discovery of products and ultimate decision-making towards conversion Ensure the optimal presentation of W&I products on our public website and mobile app, designed to create more coherent and seamless experiences between discovery and transactional journeys Prioritise proactively and effectively- balance the needs of diverse stakeholder groups in order to unlock value for customers by coordinating a fortnightly spring cycle, working through agile working practices. Utilise MI to track performance, provide regular updates on progress and how this translates into customer and commercial outcomes.
