Commercialization Specialist Massillon, OH (Hybrid Schedule) Your Seat at the Table: Submit and manage part creation requests, ensuring all required documentation—including specifications, certifications, and artwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards. Manage sample requests and shipment tracking. Oversee digital asset management. Ensure artwork compliance with regulatory. Maintain and update internal and external portals. Process food specification requests and coordinate with relevant departments. Update technical specifications and ensure version control. Maintain and regularly update the department’s SharePoint site to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with current initiatives. What you Bring to the Table: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information and develop effective solutions independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with digital asset management systems and portals. Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, D365). Basic knowledge of translation workflows and certification processes. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in packaging, compliance, or administrative coordination. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.
