Responsibilities

As a Marketing Project Manager based in our Helsinki office, you will take a central role as marketing lead for a portfolio of projects and prioritized business activities, especially in Finland. While being focused primarily on the Finnish market, you will be part of a Nordic marketing team and might also work on projects that spans markets and functions in the bank. This role offers the opportunity to not only help shape our Nordic strategies but also drive and support commercial activities important to our business segments in Finland, ranging from smaller companies to the largest business customers we have. Ensuring impactful delivery that aligns with our high-reaching KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing project lead on prioritized “Go to market” activities in Finland/Nordics, full funnel.
  • Activation of tactical marketing activities Mid/Low funnel to create relevant traffic from potential customers generating business leads. This includes writing text to a broad range of digital channels, and with help from internal/external resources combine text and video content facing potential and existing customers.
  • Shape strong partnerships across teams and markets to craft and scale marketing activities coming from a marketing plan with commercial targets.
  • Strategically and tactically manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze activity effectiveness, report on results, and identify improvement opportunities to improve commercial effects.
  • Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies, integrating insights into marketing initiatives.
  • Be a brand ambassador ensuring all activities comply with Danske Bank’s brand guidelines, externally and internally.
