The processing of claims in line with set procedures and policies, ensuring that claims are documented correctly, and resolved with a prompt and effective outcome
Managing claims using the appropriate external and internal specialists to achieve the settlement outcome efficiently and effectively
A continuing improvement focus attitude with the implementation of new work practices and procedures, initiating and facilitating change and innovations
