With work experience in kitchen 3-4 years’ experiences on salads and sandwiches and hot food preparation a la carte plating. Should be able to work in pantry section for sandwich making and assembling Knowledge on new trends, presentations, Plating and preparation. Knowledge of FIFO and Basic hygiene is essential.
