Wanted Casual Commi / Demi Chef level ,with previous ala carte experience,
working hours afternoon shifts starting from 2.30 / 3.30pm finishing 8.00 / 8.30pm
occassional morning shift
Must have working right to work in Australia
Cooking modern day Australian cuisine, prepare meals to standards required and set
Control stock & Mis En place to business needs to control food cost and wastage.
Assist & have input with daily special, and menu ideas
Aged Care catering disirable but not necessary.
Dietary understanding
Good understanding of HACCP requirements, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards to levels required

Pay: $29.00 – $34.00 per hour
