Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis 1 to join our culinary team for our award winning French Brasserie & Bar - Couqley Downtown Dubai. You will be responsible for assisting the head chefs of the kitchen by fulfilling the following tasks: To prepare the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operations of the main kitchen in coordination with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef as required Communicate to the Head Chef any updates on the operation, external or internal customer comments and other relevant information to ensure the smooth operation of the section Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times. Qualifications Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role for a high end Ala Carte Restaurant Strong knowledge of various French cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Additional Information Why work for Accor?
