What you will be doing: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality pastries and desserts with attention to taste, texture, and presentation Assist in developing new recipes and menu items under the guidance of senior pastry chefs Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently to prevent shortages or waste Assist in portion control, costing, and minimizing food wastage Support the setup and organization of the pastry station for daily operations Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Creative and passionate about food and customer service Able to work in a high-pressure environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry or bakery in a 4–5 star hotel or professional kitchen environment Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, dessert preparation, and plating Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
