• Assist in basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Ensure all mise en place is completed in a timely manner.
• Follow recipes and directions provided by senior chefs to prepare simple dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and kitchen equipment.
• Support the team in plating and garnishing dishes as required.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Handle basic cooking tasks, including grilling, frying, and steaming under supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
