We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “Commis" to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul. Job Description Collect daily materials from storage and deliver them to the kitchen. Carry out food preparation duties in line with established standards and daily buffet programs. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times. Keep the workstation and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Support kitchen operations within the assigned section and collaborate with other teams. Assist the stewarding team in maintaining overall kitchen hygiene. Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and quality management systems. Qualifications High school or university degree in Hotel Management or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment. Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
