Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, and basic prep tasks, ensuring all mise en place is completed to the highest standards.
  • Support the bakery team in setting up and replenishing buffet items, maintaining presentation and freshness throughout service.
  • Organize and store requisitioned items properly and assist in the collection of supplies from storage areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and promptly inform supervisors when ingredients are running low to ensure continuous kitchen operation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all kitchen and stewarding areas, reporting any maintenance or hygiene concerns.
  • Uphold and comply with all health, food safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies, HACCP requirements, including those mandated by UAE Municipality.
