Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
  • Assist in the mise en place for various sections of the kitchen.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the kitchen leadership.
  • Ensure all food preparation is carried out according to food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
  • Assist in stock rotation and proper storage of food items.
  • Support in receiving and checking deliveries.
  • Participate in cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Learn and understand various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment use.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
