As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will join our illustrious team and elevate our brand to new heights. Job Description Main Duties. Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Heartists. Ensure consistently in the presentation of food items Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings Ensure the food preparation is done as per the required standards Liaise daily with Executive Sous Chef and outlets Manager to keep open lines of communication regarding colleague feedback on food. Observe hygiene standards in the colleague's restaurant Ensure there is no food wastage in the colleague's restaurant Continually strive to improve food preparation and presentations Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Creative and passionate about food and customer service Able to work in a high-pressure environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
