Job Description Prepare and present dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-room dining, functions, and buffets with Novotel’s signature flair. Deliver high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in a dynamic hotel kitchen. Organise your section, manage mise en place, and ensure smooth, efficient service. Follow established recipes while bringing creativity and passion to every plate. Monitor stock, maintain rotation, and minimise waste in line with sustainability values. Work alongside a supportive team of chefs in an energetic, fast paced kitchen environment Qualifications You will be Certified in the field of Culinary Arts, with the skills to prove it! Experienced with a minimum of 1 year in the culinary realm. Bringing flexibility to your hours of availability, allowing you to train across various shifts and fully immerse yourself in the culinary experience, setting the stage for your journey to culinary excellence.
