Job Description We are looking for a talented professional who is passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences, and developing a team of upcoming chefs. You will support the Kitchen team and ensuring our guests have memorable experiences when dining with us. Key duties include: Preparation and cooking for buffet breakfast, a la carte dinner, room service and conferences and events Work closely with senior chefs to develop your culinary skills Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen Help with food preparation, plating, and garnishing Learn and follow recipes, contributing to the creation of new ones Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage Qualifications Completion of a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery Previous kitchen experience or culinary training in hot, cold and dessert section is a plus Enthusiasm for cooking and a strong desire to learn and grow Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced kitchen Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays periods Additional Information Why Work for Accor?
