Job Description This is your opportunity to join our team, as we reimagine our restaurant, and prepare to launch Brisbane’s newest grill experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our brigade and support the team to deliver memorable dining experiences through first class cuisine. Your key responsibilities will be to: Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment. Ensure mise en place is prepared and stocked for service. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Assist with stock rotation and minimising wastage Qualifications We are looking for a passionate chef who is trade qualified, and eager to learn and grow. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their culinary career looking to join a high performing team, with a globally recognised brand. Preferred Experience: Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery. Previous experience in a hotel or high-volume kitchen. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
