Job Description Are you a passionate and growth-driven Commis Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen? We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Supporting kitchen operations across all meal periods and service styles, including à la carte, room service, banquets, and buffet service. Ensuring all food produced aligns with established kitchen recipes and quality standards Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety standards Working collaboratively across all kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity Supporting stock rotation and stock control processes to minimise wastage Contributing positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement Qualifications Previous experience working in a kitchen environment A strong team player who can perform under pressure Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude A solid work ethic and genuine passion for food Flexibility to work across various kitchen sections Commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and safety procedures Additional Information What we offer Free on-site car park Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
