  • Prepare, cook, and serve food items according to property recipes and standards for à la carte and/or buffet menus
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team members
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve menus and kitchen environment
  • Strive for positive guest feedback
