As a Commis Chef, you will support senior chefs in the preparation and delivery of high‑standard meals. You will work across a variety of services in a dynamic, team‑driven environment Job Description What you will be doing: Fire up your passion across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and function services Prepare each ingredient with care, attention to detail, and efficiency Work cooperatively & efficiently to support a passionate and committed kitchen team Craft fresh, locally inspired dishes that keep guests coming back Showcase your organization skills with station set up & cleanliness Communicate effectively with your team to deliver memorable dining experiences Qualifications What you'll bring to the role: A genuine passion for the culinary arts and creating locally inspired dishes Positive energy and enthusiasm to learn and grow in the industry Excellent time-management, punctuality, and organisation skills Knowledge of operational service requirements across Breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions and buffet Able to work with calm composure in a fast-paced environment Trade qualified (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) Commitment to kitchen hygiene and food safety best practices Previous experience in the hotel industry ideal Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia and flexible availability across a seven-day roster (AM & PM shifts) Additional Information What is in it for you?
